Our pricing model is based per square foot, making it easy to estimate your project and stay within budget. The base package covers all rooms and essentials for a fully functional, code-compliant ADU.

 

What’s Included in the Base Price (per 1,000 sq. ft.):

  • ✅ Up to 46 outlets (installed every 6 feet per code)

  • ✅ Up to 50 recessed lights or your choice of fixture styles

  • 6 dedicated circuits for kitchen appliances (e.g., fridge, oven)

  • 1 ceiling fan installation

  • Wiring for a kitchen range hood

  • GFCI outlets – 1 per bathroom + 4 outdoor GFCIs

  • Vanity lighting (1 per bathroom)

  • Mirror lighting wiring (up to 3 mirrors)

  • 1 chandelier installation

  • TV outlets – up to 3 standard

  • Smoke & carbon monoxide detectors – hallway & each room

  • Panel or sub-panel installation

  • Garbage disposal wiring + switch

  • Ceiling exhaust fans (up to 3 included)

All work is installed by licensed electricians and designed to pass Los Angeles inspection.

While LAProElectrical does not pull general permits, we complete all electrical work to code and ensure a guaranteed pass on city inspection. Your contractor or builder can use our detailed scope of work to submit for permits with confidence.
