Refund Policy for Online Electrical Service Bookings (Under $1,000)
At LA Pro Electrical, we provide streamlined, fixed-price electrical services—such as outlet installations, GFCI circuits, and dedicated panel connections—through our online booking system. These services are designed to be quick, simple, and efficient for residential customers with projects under $1,000.
Once you book a service and select your installation date, we immediately begin processing your order. This includes pre-ordering any required materials and assigning one of our licensed electricians to your project, so we’re fully prepared to complete your installation on time.
We understand that sometimes plans change. That’s why we’ve created a flexible and fair refund policy:

If you cancel after the 24-hour window leading up to your scheduled installation, a $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
This fee covers a portion of the costs already incurred in preparing for your service, which may include:

Coordination with our backend system
We strongly encourage customers to reschedule instead of canceling, whenever possible. If you need to move your installation to a different date, we’ll gladly do so with no added fee—as long as availability allows.
