These terms apply only to single-item, residential electrical jobs priced under $1,000 and purchased through this page or any other location on our website linking to the same services.
These Terms do not apply to larger projects such as ADU wiring, full-home rewiring, panel upgrades over $1,000, or new construction. For those projects, LA Pro Electrical abides by all California construction laws, permitting, contract transparency, and industry regulations.
These services are:
Small, individual residential tasks (e.g., outlet installations, GFCI circuits, basic lighting, EV chargers, etc.)
Fixed-price jobs under $1,000
Designed for quick, transparent online booking
Available only through approved booking pages linked to the above URL
All installers we assign:
Are fully licensed and insured
Have undergone background checks to verify they do not have known criminal histories
However, we cannot guarantee safety or behavior solely based on background check data. We take your safety seriously and ask that you do the following:
Report any suspicious, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior immediately to your local authorities
Notify us at info@laproelectrical.com or (833) 663-6777 so we can investigate and take action
Do not allow anyone onto your property if you feel uncomfortable or unsafe for any reason
Your trust and safety are our top priorities, and we are committed to ensuring a high standard of conduct and professionalism from all members of our team.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
You will receive a confirmation email with your order number and installation date.
We assign a certified electrician once your order is placed to guarantee the requested service date.

Full refund if canceled more than 24 hours before your scheduled service
$50 cancellation fee if canceled within 24 hours of scheduled service
No-show fee of $50 may apply if no one is present at the time of service
Cancellations can be made by:
Logging into your customer dashboard to cancel or reschedule
Contacting us with your order number via email or phone
If your availability changes, we’re happy to help. Rescheduling is free of charge as long as it’s done before the 24-hour window. Rescheduling within 24 hours may result in limited availability or additional wait times.
By booking, you agree to:
Provide accurate contact information and property access
Be present (or have someone 18+ present) during the job
Clearly communicate any issues or changes as soon as possible
These Terms do not apply to:
General contracting services
ADU electrical planning and installation
New construction or full home wiring projects
Jobs exceeding $1,000 in value
For such services, we provide formal proposals, contracts, and follow California’s full transparency and construction compliance protocols.
We only collect data necessary to provide service and improve your experience. Personal data will not be sold or shared with outside parties, except to assign certified electricians to your job.

LA Pro Electrical is not liable for delays caused by weather, supply issues, or access problems
We are not responsible for pre-existing electrical problems outside the scope of your booked service
We reserve the right to refuse service or issue a refund if we believe conditions are unsafe or dishonest
